    Today when I was playing with my friends they told me that there was a static crackling sound coming from my headset (hyper x cloud 2). I cannot hear the sound and I don't know what is causing this someone please help.

    My specs are a: Nvidia gtx 970 i5 3570k 3.40 hz and 16 gb of ram When I play fallout 4 I get around 30-50 fps around the world is this normal for my pc or is something wrong ?
