Tried that and even tried different sata cable still no joy , running out of things to try surely I should rma the drive

Yeah tried that its very strange as the drive was working before. I decided to do a clean install on the m.2 drive so I unplugged my other drives and then plugged them back in and only 1 out of the 2 is working.

I have tried different sata ports on the motherboard and still my Samsung 860 pro isn't showing up , maybe I should get a replacement.
