@Maarsch, I would eventually like to VR, but is that going to be CPU dependent? I assumed vr was gpu dependant.

Is it even worth the cost of getting a new mobo so that I may also upgrade my cpu, or is my current cpu good enough to last. I might be getting a gtx 1080 after I see benchmarks.
