Update: It's still happening and I have no idea how to solve it.

Turns out that wasn't the solution, still having issues even when it's set to never.

I think the problem was the hard disk turning off, somehow it reverted back to 6 minutes instead of never. Seems to be fine now. Don't know how to close this post. But this is the solution I believe.
