sorry that was my phone LTE. ironically they are doing the same thing now. this is the wifi which is even worse now as well. a ping to 8.8.8.8

just did a ping to 8.8.8.8 and this was the result. it’s gotten worse since yesterday, losing packets.

paying for 200/10 . i get 200/10 to their network no problem. anytime outside the network these are the speeds. which is it? signal drops or bad connection outside their network? they’ve been screwing us long enough! i stream and they are barely pushing enough through for me to even do that...

Even directly into the modem same numbers. i only use a wired connection. late july early august nothing but problems. the jitter was never this bad (until i started streaming) like somthing is preventing it. what would be interfering with the connection to the house, cause like i said...

Hop 2 says request timed out, however i timed it twice, its taking average 12-14 seconds between before hoping to hop 3. that is what is causing the latency correct?

also it’s not only the ISP it’s my phone carrier to. when i’m not on wifi the exact same ping spikes are happening. i know they eventually could cross paths but it is just getting old! someone is congesting the network!
