With the 3.4 Ghz clock rate temps seem kinda normal with 70-74 under load and 43-40 on idle

I already resetted the bios / cleared cmos and removed the battery but nothing seems to work even cpu z is reading that the voltage is 2.436 v ..... I guess i should flash the bios again ? I don't know

I downclocked the cpu to 3.4 ghz from 3.5 and disabled turbo boost now its hovering around 1.4 1.43 should i change my motherboard to something Like z77 ?
