Same result, no lights are on and when I click power button it just blinks 5 times

So recently, my Acer Nitro 5(Model N17C1) won't turn on. Even when the charger is already plugged in, the indicator lights are off. But when I clicked the power button, the light(with lamp symbol) flashes blue light 5 times. Tried changing both the adapter and the battery but still the same...

So I bought a cooling pad(Deepcool U PAL) for my Acer Nitro 5 that has HDD inside. The cooling pad is tilting the laptop a bit, adjustable from 20° to 45°. Is it safe to use the cooling pad I just bought with a 20° adjusted angle for my HDD? I'm just worried that my HDD will be broken if I use it.

So I bought an HDMI 2.0 it could run at 4K@60Hz but the seller said, "for 1920x1080 it only can run(max) at 60Hz". But, does HDMI 2.0 suppose to run 1920x1080@144Hz, please.. am i being scammed or what?
