I have updated all my drivers that I know of and I have done a malware scan several times. Would you know how to disable Intel HD Graphics, if not do not worry as I am sure I can find a solution online somewhere.

Hello, thanks for the quick reply. The only programs that I have open are Spotify and Google Chrome (And Steam if I am testing one of the games on there), shutting them down didn't fix it at all. I have tried Malwarebytes with a full System Restore at some point but that seemed to not do the trick.

Thanks for the response guys but I don't feel safe opening my Desktop, I realise there are guides and tutorials on how to do it but I just don't feel safe doing this because I don't want to damage or ruin anything.

Sorry going to bump this, I can't seem to find a solution and all attempts so far have not worked.
