The 780 should be somewhere between the Titan and the 680 in terms of performance and pricing.

If it is for gaming I still wouldn't get 16Gb. Most games don't even use near 4Gb yet. More like 2-3. Also get 1600mhz, you won't see games benefit more than that any time soon.

Shouldn't matter, you are only using a single RAM stick. Best thing to do is consult your motherboard manual.

Yep. 12a on the 12v rail.. Does it say anything to do with combined output voltage? Chances are it is a very low end PSU. I suggest you replace it with something better to not risk anything blowing up. How do you feel about it?
