I actually got the chkdsk to work, I dont think its the storage thats causing the issue. maybe its the RAM but i havent found anything wrong with it physically besides it underperforming in userbench

Pretty sure they're pretty generic. Dont need a specific model I believe, however. Unplug your power, and unplug all your USB ports and peripherals and everything before removing and changing the CMOS, could ruin your stuff I've heard.

I had this happen, your PSU is probably done id say, what do you have for one? Could also be a connection issue with your boot drive, worth checking perhaps.

That kinda just happens to all systems over time, the parts get worn out from running for years and they slow down. Consoles arent exempt from this, but they do seem to last a lot longer than PC components. Depends when you got it I guess, you should try to keep at least 10% of your HDD space...

HDD Probably wouldn't affect it. And 170-220 is probably the average fps you can get.

Short answer is no. Unless your talking about not gaming then yeah it will be fine
