Also when installing the CPU cooler, I plugged my CPU fans into different ports and not into the CPU cooler port on my mobo. I just don't see why opening my computer case and fiddling with everything fixes the issue.

Hello, my computer has been acting up lately. Whenever I restart it or turn it off and try to turn it back on, the computer will sometimes turn on, turn off quickly and turn back on. Or it will just turn on, but it never will display on my monitors. I have no idea what's causing this issue, but...
