I am sorry it may be long. Previous two graphics card of mine became dead showing same problems. First one AMD Radeon HD 6770 and next one Zotac Geforce GTX 650 2GB ddr5. Fortunately my GTX 650 has warranty replacement. I am asking here because I cannot figure out what causes this particular GPU...
