Hello i have some question about best cpu cooler for my ryzen 5600. Currently im using wraith stealth that comes with the cpu, but the idling temp touching 60 - 70 degree, and when plaing some games it can touch the tJmax. So i deciding to buy another cpu cooler. but im confused what cpu cooler...

so i have plan for adding my storage with another NVME SSD, but when i check my mobo specification my mobo only habe 1 m.2 nvme slot, and 1 more is M.2 SATA slot (with M key), i wonder can i placed a M.2 NVME to a M.2 SATA. My Mobo is Arock ab350 Pro 4

i have other fans installed with molex, but i felt that they dont spin at full speed. so before the bios loading done the mobo give a higher voltage to the fan so the light is turned on? i dont think there's any fan curve for my bios
