so i recently buy this case fan that has white only lights in it, but some times it turned on, but sometimes it turned off, this fan is plugged to motherboard case fan. but when i start my pc the fan lights is turned on, but after the bios screen loading and going in to Windows, the fan lights is turned off by itself (idk why), already trying to re-plug the case fan to mobo connector, and settings the RGB fan from bios, and it still happen

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

so i recently buy this case fan
A picture of the fan you'd purchased would help us two fold.

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for your motherboard? Make and model of your PSU and it's age?

Hi thx for the warm welcome, I'm using asrock ab350 pro4, the fan is 3 pin connector, i think my mobo bios version is P.740, the fan itself is a local brand named rx7, that have 3 pin fan connector and molex

Can you show a photo of available connectors on the fan?
Also show, how you have connected/installed it.
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Does it have only a single connector?
Or does it have fan connector and rgb connector?
here's the photos :

answer :
the fan itself has 2 connector : 3 pin and molex
but i dont think it has RGB connector cause it only light a single colour

3pin fans get regulated by voltage.
Higher voltage - faster spin.
Lights probably turn on only, when voltage is high enough. Below certain threshold they turn off.

Your motherboard may have customization options in BIOS to set up fan curve.

Alternatively you can connect fan with molex (disconnect 3pin fan connector then).
In this situation fan will not be regulated though. Will spin at full speed all the time.

i have other fans installed with molex, but i felt that they dont spin at full speed.
so before the bios loading done the mobo give a higher voltage to the fan so the light is turned on?
i dont think there's any fan curve for my bios
