I read that if you have dual channel and higher speed RAM it improves the performance of AMD APUs and I was wondering if it applies for Intel integrated graphics. I have an Intel i5-3210m and was wondering if higher speed RAM would be worth the performance upgrade.

I tried the RAM in another system and it worked fine. So it is the CPU.

When I remove the RAM it turns on and stays on but doesn't display anything on the screen and doesn't show a Bios screen.

It was the cable I was using. Replaced it and it worked.

I loaded optimized defaults in the Bios and then shut down my computer. I then turned off the 3 switches on the MOBO. Upon pressing the power button all the fans spin for a few seconds then shuts down and repeats until I unplug the PSU from the wall.
