I'm looking at buying the H97 board stated above with an i5 4590 or 4690 but I've been hearing a lot of things regarding certain motherboards needing a BIOS update to be able to work with said CPU's. Is it compatible straight out of the box or do I have to do something else as well?

I have seen different sites say that that it can support 1333 and 1600Mhz but others that say nothing about 1333. Is it compatible with the motherboard?

I've checked but I'm still just unsure. Mostly because I'm afraid the GPU won't fit the OTHER way. Not towards the HDD slots, but towards the back. I fear it won't fit because the back is in the way
