If you're running a 240mm radiator in the front already, it won't fit because of the end tanks. Otherwise it will fit with a single fan.

There won't be enough space even with just 1 fan mounted. You would have the remove the front shroud and most likely the drive cage as well. Depending what your build is, you might be able to put the H80i V2 in the back exhaust position.

Couple things you can check. First, is the logo lighting up on the pump? Is the pump making proper contact with the CPU? You'll have to remove the pump and make sure the thermal paste transferred evenly across, and apply new thermal paste.
