    I think that code is usually hardware related, do you have anything overclocked at all? Also can you list your hardware you are currently using?

    The refresh rate will stay constant to what you set it to. The only thing that could impact your gameplay is if your frame rate is too far off from your refresh rate it may cause screen tearing.

    That error code happens a lot from bad driver installs or broken registry files. I have also seen that error caused by a bad drive all together. Have you recently updated anything that may have corrupted during install?

    It kind of sounds like a cpu issue of some kind based on the games it happens in. Both games listed use more CPU than GPU generally. Have you run it without the Ryzen master changes?

    This is also what I was going to suggest. I had a similar issue with my 3950x and a windows install just slightly too old to update the AMD drivers when windows started.

    I had a similar issue with the buzzing and a quick stutter when it happened, I went into the sound settings and lowered the frequency down slightly and it fixed it completely for me.
