    If you have an old harddrive or something then that'd work. Transfer contents to hard drive then over to the new SSD. Depending on how much you have downloaded then you could get a USB with, say, 128GB storage. Assuming you have a 128GB SSD right now,

    Run the games or whatever you do when it gets hot while keeping CPU-Z running. While it's running, after a minute or so, take a picture of the CPU-Z window. For the screenshot I'd suggest using Gyazo. https://gyazo.com/download

    Try turning ON V-Sync. If you know how, clear your CMOS. Power supply? Temperature in game?

    With ryzen, all proccessors are unlocked. 2600 and 2600x alike.
