I was updating my bios when the laptop froze and I have sony vaio vgn-fw488j and I have a rom file and a usb and other files like these: http://imgur.com/a/WO3d6 and I don't know what to do with these. Does any one know how to fix my corrupt bios and also its an AMI bios.
