How to reinstall windows without losing any files, programs or data

Does anyone know how I can completely reinstall / get a completely new windows without having to lose my data including programs. I have windows 10 64 bit and recently all my windows apps have been actin unresponsive or just very slow. I have even tried using tweaking.com's windows repair tool which didn't do much. I guess I have to reinstall windows. Any Ideas? Thanks.

when you put the windows disk in, It asks you if you want to Repair or Reinstall. Choose repair and it will only reinstall the windows Code.

I tried that and I just finishing reinstalling all my programs (except for my 100 games) and it didn't fix it. Things like control panel, Microsoft edge and task manager are very unresponsive. everything else is fine.

Update: I did a in place upgrade and it fixed everything
