Unplug your gpu and just use the graphics on your cpu and test if the temps are still high

Make sure there isnt anything thats blocking the fan, also cpu coolers arent that expensive so if the problem dosent get resolved you should just buy a new one

I think your cpu is getting bottlenecked from the gpu so you have 2 options upgrade the cpu or downgrade the graphics card

Make sure all the wired are plugged in correctly and that your cpu is facing the right way
