4000 rpm fans are from a crypto rig and I usually use them at no more than 2200 RPM I fit 90 mm with zip ties

My cpu PC, monitor and modem are connected to seperate sockets on the UPS which then runs to wall Everything works when power is on. But when power goes down , pc works but modem doesn't, it keeps restarting. Modem works when connected directly to wall socket.
