Recently been getting worse when this happens out the blue.

I was using some old random psu for 2 months after building the pc pretty much overclocked it straight away then upgraded to a Corsair cx650x.

I did over clock my GPU a little nothing to do with the voltage tho. So over the past 2 months iv been trying to figure out what the problem is with My pc, When I load up stressful games like Cold war/Forza 4 Sometimes I can play it for a whole 5 hours and nothing happens, other times I load it up and boom the pc <Mod Edit> itself. Mostly the game just crashes...
