Seems like svchost.exe leaves error mark everytime the dc happens. The error code appears to be BEX64. Im starting to think i need to do fresh install..... would be happy to do it but slow interwebz connection and i would have about 2tb of stuff to download :D

Im using usb hub with its own power source. But i do admit i have a lot of stuff plugged to usb ports. I have had this problem for quite a long time now. I cant recreate the problem and i cant fix it with my knowledge or by googling it. So the problem is that at random times all of the usb ports disconnect and reconnect (feels like the disconnect/reconnect rate increases after 1st disconnect )...

In short. Starts -> shuts off -> starts up by itself. What could cause this? Pc is oc'd and without oc starts up nicely.
