I built a pc and when I installed windows it took me three attempts to get it to work. Now I have three copies of windows on my computer. How do I delete the two I don't want? Thanks

I tried that before and it didn't work but after seeing your answer I decided to try it again and it worked. I don't know what I was doing wrong the first time but thanks for the answer anyway. It's my first time building a computer so a few silly mistakes are acceptable :)
