I'm thankful I got a nice 27" 1440p monitor in November. I'm using a 10 year old 24" 1080p monitor as my second monitor (it works fine) but I'd like to replace it with a 27" 1440p monitor. (Non gaming! Spreadsheets, Documents, Email, Web Surfing only)

I bought a Nighthawk X4S/AC2600 and plugged it directly into my old FIOS router. I don't pay for super fast internet so this works well for me. The Nighthawk reaches all rooms of my house and was very easy to set up (download the app onto my phone, up and running in minutes)

Yeah, 35 pounds is way more than any case I've ever heard of. But it looks great. Since I don't move mine I wouldn't mind having one myself. I just got a Fractal design Meshify C last year and like it, so I have no need for a new case.

Turn off the system, open up the case and turn it on. Is the CPU fan spinning? If yes, did you use thermal paste between the CPU and cooler? If yes, was there a plastic backing on the CPU cooler that had to be removed? (my cooler needed the plastic to be removed).
