I do not have another PSU. The weird thing is it that it only does this on Rust. Also, the PSU is actually 7 years old, so is the rest of my parts.

NZXT Kraken 240 AIO. Also, CPU is the only part other than cooler I haven't tried from my other computer.

It is in a barebones form right now, just CPU, single stick of RAM, cooler, and PSU. Nothing else. How can it be doing this with just this.

Jumped it while in the case, same thing. Assembled it outside the case with just 1 stick of RAM, CPU, cooler, and PSU. Still doing the same thing. Just looping. Crazy.
