I have a HP 15-ba079dx and i'm looking to upgrade the RAM to 16 gb, and the HDD to an SSD thru the means of a DVD to SATA adapter.

ok i have windows 8.1 installed any thing different about where to find those settings+ <-----thats my question mark now,

So a few keys on my onboard keyboard are not working, the p is a * the zero is a / ans so on and so forth, now that being said my external usb wireless keyboard works fine. my touchscreen on screen keyboard works fine, what can it be and how can i fix it? i've checked my regional settings and such.
