Bought a new motherboard, Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H. No issues after I changed it. I think the Asrock board I was using didn't like the memory modules. Was cheaper to buy a new board than get new memory. I'll just build a 2700X system with good memory using the asrock board.

Here's the Heaven Benchmark running DX11. Barely makes it 2 full minutes before the crash. I'll run it again in a lower DX mode to show how it fails then too. EDIT: DX9 Heaven completed the full benchmark, but DX11 won't under any circumstances.

You may be right. I'm gonna rma this power supply from Corsair. Get a EVGA 650 or so. I noticed when I game, my gpu utilization is at 99/100%. I'm pretty sure it's drawing alot of power, even if the cpu isn't.

Ok. Just ran Aida64. 12v rail min 12.038, max: 12.144. 5v rail min: 5.040, max: 5.040. 3v min: 3.248, max: 3.280 (which is normal from what i read +/- .3). CPU max temp was 48deg, and motherboard was 49.
