did you try running ''sfc /scannow'' in cmd? u could always try reinstalling w10 from an usb drive

not sure how to check that if you it turns off instantly, but did you check the the pins on the cpu and mobo< maybesome are bent or broken. or smth like loose screws causeing powershortage? check every connection cautiously

try cpu in another pc if you can, broken gpu wouldnt make everything stop, mobo could be dead or cpu dead would be my guess

It could be your gpu bcuz if it worked it wouldn't say no signal, but it could also be your pcie slot or maybe some wires aren't connected properly, is there another pc available to you in which you can test your gpu, or another gpu to test in your pc?

Yes if you over Clocked it too far that causes instability and crashes etc

in the task manager, what service is using up everything?

hdmi doesnt support 1440p 144hz btw

btw i just read alot about many ppl haveing this problem caused by their firewall, maybe look into that?

np:) and before u buy new cpu i would one last time wipe all your data, everything and reinstall windows from usb. turn off internet connection while installing tho, and as soon as windows start run sfc /scannow in admin cmd and reboot afterwards to makesure everything is wiped. good luck man

^^ well ig check all wires in pc and maybe check for bent socket pins in motherboard and cpu, clear dust, that kinda stuff if you havent already
