All my drivers are up to date.

I've been having an issue with "freezing" as to say, that I can't open task manager the Windows search doesn't react. The taskbar doesn't react when I scroll over it, the then youtube stops buffering. My mouse still moves, and I can close out chrome, but nothing can be opened, desktop icons can't be used, and it's pretty much locked. After this I have to do a hard reset.
I streamed Hollow Knight for over 4 hours, and this issue didn't happen, or when I play FF14 for an extended time. It seems to happen when I have Chrome/Youtube on one screen and general surfing on the other.
Would someone please point me in the right direction so I can fix it. My last resort is doing a fresh install of windows.

I did some testing last night, and I ran the circumstances for about 5 hours. The only difference is I didn't turn on the monitoring for MSI AB. Had no hiccups. Could it be that program that's causing it?

It started (after I thought about it) directly after I dropped the Asus GPU Tweak and went to MSI AB for my OC.

Yes if you over Clocked it too far that causes instability and crashes etc

Anything can cause it's especially OCing. I got new ram so went to 32gb, I overclocked and my mobo said the oc failed so I changed and it booted up but my game kept crashing. Just reset motherboard back to default settings and go from there.

My OC was stabilized, and even so, I backed it off, then turned it off and it was still happening. But when I closed the monitoring off for MSI AB, I was able to run my OC at the highest, stable settings with no issues. I'm going to be upgrading to an X570 in a couple weeks, and when I do that I'm just going to fresh install W10. Until then, I'm just not going to use that monitoring software.

I'll be back if this issue continues, thanks for y'all's help.
