    I have the opportunity to get a 5800x for $250.00, currently on a 2700x, my system is listed in my signature line. I game at 3440 x 1440 p 144hz.

    I have an ASUS 570 Plus Wifi Motherboard currently with a 2700x slotted into it. The bios version is 2607. I have someone who is selling me a 5800x for $250, which I could not pass up. Can someone confirm if they have this combination and if it works with that bios version? I've read mixed stuff...

    my motherboard is an aorus B450 I Wifi Pro and it does say it has a 5050 RGB four pin...so I will give that a try. That way I dont have to buy the commander. The node works fine for the light strips and I only have the one RGB FAN.

    Yes, I have trouble with some dual slot cards...for example an Nvidia 2060 super MSI Gamer X did not fit.

    I have an EVO Mini Phanotek Case. The video card sits right about a metal plate over the PSU and any card bigger than 1.4 inches think the fans rub on the metal plate. I have an EGA 1660ti Ultra XC right now and it fits great. I would like to go with more power to game on 1440p, any suggestions??
