Without a doubt but I would go with a 2x4gb RAM kit vs the 1x8gb since it's dual channel meaning you will get 2x the memory bandwidth by populating both slots

If you want RAID go with RAID 6 so up to two HDDs can fail at the same time and you're still able to recover your data
