how do I get back pics I accdientally deleted? if I took 2000 pics and wrote over 300, which ones can I get back and what ones are gone?

Ok but I accientally wrote over 300 pics of the 2000 pics, will I loose that first 300 pics or all 2000 pics?

I put in the CD of files in my laptop and it makes wirring sounds and doesnt read the CD. Also if a CD ejects when putting it in whats that mean. What happened to the cds and files in them how do I restore it and what happened?
