Help! I have AMD X4 860k and RX460 + 8RAM (Windows Reinstalled) but I'm got 20fps in BF1 single player on low settings. GTA5 better but low fps too...

But if I increase it my fps will go to hell.

Low Gpu Usage GTX 950 in BF4 (20-40%) while I playing. But CPU is 80-100% usage (860k X4). My Ram: 4x2. Windows 10. Antivirus scan by Avast has been completed. Playing in Low settings 1920x1080 resolution. 20-40fps in 64players map.
