GTX 950 (20-40%) GPU usage BF4.

Low Gpu Usage GTX 950 in BF4 (20-40%) while I playing. But CPU is 80-100% usage (860k X4). My Ram: 4x2. Windows 10. Antivirus scan by Avast has been completed.

Playing in Low settings
1920x1080 resolution.

20-40fps in 64players map.

Your CPU is limiting your fps by the looks of it. Only way to increase gpu usage is to increase game detail.

But if I increase it my fps will go to hell.

Firstly the graphics you see on the screen are prepared by the CPU (frames) and then sent to the GPU to fill with graphics, so your CPU is not strong enough to prepare as many frames as your GPU can work with, so thats why ur CPU is limiting ur GPU's performance.

You can try to overclock your CPU or get a new one.

Increasing detail within reason won't impact your fps. Your gpu is 'bottlenecked' by your CPU per ThomasKK's explanation. All you can do is give your gpu more work to do, its currently constantly waiting for the CPU to catch up.
