I solved this problem by just installing win 7, probably the install CD was having some issues and im closing the tread

i set the boot manager to first, and installed, when the install got finished windows booted into windows install setup, after removing the install media and reinstalling sent me to the bios

im sorry to ask but can you simplify that more?
