    Some helpful advice, the next time if you see a bubble or two just drain your tubes, it may take a little bit more time but it's safer.

    Check the mobo for any cracks, chips, broken resistors, etc. because the drop could have damage it.

    I would advise you to remove your 7990 and try to start up your system, the reason I say this is because your MB may be trying to avoid damaging itself because a faulty device is installed in it.
