    ok soory messed up again i have an i7 9700k i have the Z390 gaming X from gigabyte a small cooler a 125gb ssd and a 1tb hdd and i don t know how to check the thermals the reason for the small cooler is because i don t have much space for something bigger

    sorry it is not a 450W but 500W PSU and it is the bequiet system power 8 500W

    i have a rtx2060 a core i7 7700k and 32gb ram but i still get fps drops which really effects my gaming. could it be the power supply i have a 450W power suplay i dont know if that could be the problem i would really like some help
