Does the 'HDR and WCG' option need to be enabled in the Windows 10 settings in order to use HDR and WCG in games that support them? With this option enabled, some issues arise in Steam and some games that DON'T use HDR and WCG, so I'd like to keep it disabled while still being able to use HDR...

It looks ugly when I boot my system up as I have Steam set as my shell.

Is it possible to disable the user welcome screen? The screen that shows the user image and says 'Welcome' below it? Already have it set to auto login and have no password set but this splash still shows.

As you can see in the images in the link below, my computer is telling me my display is using the aspect ratio 256:135, which is why I have the option to choose a resolution of 4096x2160. However, my displays specifications state that the display has a max resolution of 3840x2160 and an aspect...
