I reinstalled windows and I get the same issues, which means the cpu is faulty, right ?

It restarts on windows screen, but it did boot succesfully once, then later froze and restarted itself and didn't even give any output

Do I just download the newest BIOS version for my mobo ? The latest version is just an exe that I run EDIT: I upgraded BIOS, but it does the same thing, now I get lucky and it boots randomly..I suppose reinstalling Windows is my only option ?

I just replaced my CPU from an A8 6600K to an X4 860K..After replacing, I didn't fully push the cpu in and it didnt give any input, then i fully fixed it in place and it worked, booted and installed all drivers, but failed on Audio (maybe because I had the speakers off ?)..I restarted because...

It's been a couple years since it started, but I never really bothered to check what causes it, I checked the PSU and it's fine (bought it brand new), no undervoltage or overclocking going on, everything on stock speeds..Just need to ask, is it something that I should worry about?
