I hv noticed the clock speed in Msi Afterburner to be much above the one specified in the Nvidia website. I don't really have much idea about this that clock speeds must be the reason for drivers crashing and all.

The problem is that when I watch YouTube and play games and don't move the mouse or touch the keyboard the video playback starts to lag and shutter the sound is fine just the video. But as soon as I move my mouse or touch any button the video becomes smooth again. What is the reason for this...

Yes that is the lowest resolution I will play if I have to. By the way my native resolution is 1080p.

Guys thanks for all the replies, I have changed my decision and I give you all the freedom to build a PC for me. I have increased my budget to $750 and I already have the Cabinet and PSU with me of 500w. I want a PC that could run all games at least on low settings till 2018
