PC Configuration
1. Processor - i3 6100
2. Motherboard - Gigabyte H110m DS2
3. RAM - Corsair 8 GB DDR4 x2
4. Hard Drive - Seagate 2 TB
5. Graphics Card - GTX 950 GALAX Version

I want this PC to last at least till 2018 and I will be playing mostly all open world AAA games released before and after.
Also I can play the games on low settings but on full resolution of my monitor 1600x900
Can anyone help to decide me what to buy and changes are appreciated.

For gaming 8GB are still ok. You have to understand that most games we are getting now are essentially designed for the consoles, which have much lower memory than this. As for the drive unless you are planning to download your entire steam library should be ok. \

The thing is that both memory and hdd are really is upgrade. Where the cpu and gpu are much more expensive and thus harder to.

As for the psu it only has a single pci 6+2 connector. That means that most of the 970 are out of the question. In your case i'd go for a better psu and a 380x. Check the EVGA GQ 650W. Good quality on a relative budget.
Just be careful because the mobo you listed could also support ddr3 and not ddr4. Other than that the system is ok for the budget. Keep in mind that your framerate would vary from title to title. Don't expect steady 60fps locked games like GTA V and such.

Guys thanks for all the replies, I have changed my decision and I give you all the freedom to build a PC for me. I have increased my budget to $750 and I already have the Cabinet and PSU with me of 500w. I want a PC that could run all games at least on low settings till 2018

It's a Cooler Master Thunder 500W
Do you think 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD would be enough?
