Should i install a carpet with no underlay or keep my hardwood floor? I'm not sure if the underlay is important for dampening the echo in my room.

So i wanted to try OCing my new ryzen chip. I started at 3.1 and kept going until i got to 3.9GHz with 1.4v and then my pc restarted but wouldn't boot. Everything is on but it just won't boot. Can you guys help me out :c did i break my computer?

I tried a corsair psu but the 6/8 pin connectors didn't work fans spun but the gpu never posted anything on screen

I'm looking for a psu with both a 6pin and 8 pin connecter for my msi r9 290x twin frozr gpu. Does anyone have any recommendations for a 600w - 650w psu that has these connectors?
