Is the 950 Pro M.2. SSD compatible with MSI GUARD-PRO ATX?

Well what would be my data transfer rate approx.? Because if you are saying it will be the same as say a 850 Pro or EVO then should I just get that or is there a way to tell what 2.0 x4 will get me with a 950 Pro? So this will not slow down my Video Card at all? Thanks

Is the 950 Pro M.2. SSD compatible with MSI GUARD-PRO ATX?

    I want to buy a new M.2. Samsung 950 Pro (256GB model). But my motherboard is a MSI GUARD-PRO ATX with 2 PCIe x16 slots. One being the video card obviously. System Specs: • CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4790 3.60 GHz 8MB LGA1150 • HDD: (2) 3TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM • SSD: 256GB ADATA...

    Is the i7 6700k a good upgrade from the i5 3570k for 4k gaming?

Yes but you could do much better. You could save money with the i7 4790k which is fast. The 6700k though is even slower than the i7 5820k especially gaming. Look at the cores and memory sections here. http://ark.intel.com/compare/82932,88195

    i7 4790k or i7 6700k based system?

First I would go with the i7 4790k, then the i7 5820k, not the 6700k. Here is a comparison of the 5820k and 6700k http://ark.intel.com/compare/82932,88195

    i7 6700k vs i7 5820k

I would go with the 5820k here is a comparison. don't get fooled by the graphics section bc you have a dedicated video card. Biggest point here is the number of cores and almost double the cache. Also check out memory specifications. http://ark.intel.com/compare/82932,88195

    6700K or 5820K?

Yeah I know how it is we all want the best of the best and it almost becomes an addiction lol. But you have a GREAT CPU. I say stick with it. It is not holding up your 980ti and until you get something much faster such as Pascal which is 9-10 months away just save your money.

    XFX R9 280X 500W (Molex)

You need a new PSU seriously. Its the most important part of the computer and most overlooked. but you don't have to spend much. i found a tier 2 750 watt PSU for $40. I have seen EVGA, XFX made by seasonic and other s if you get it at the right time. Mine was $110 and had a sale and gave me...

    GTX 960 or R9 280x with an 500W psu?

Knowing what PSU you have would help but I can tell you the 280X is out. The 960 maybe. Just don't overclock a lot. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm This will help estimate your wattage but won't tell you the OC amount http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

Galax GeForce GTX 970 Hall Of Fame 4GB VS MSI Radeon R9 390 Gaming 8GB

The GTX 970 G! runs equal to the R9 390 other than that the 390 is a few FPS faster in most games. It does take some more wattage. 650w for the 390 and 500 for the 970. And that is not your total power. that is your 12V power. The number is on your PSU above the total power and under the...
