I doubt it's an electrical issue since all other devices work perfectly, even things plugged into the same extension cord (monitors etc.). I've got a Corsair VS 650.

According to task manager it should be around 10% whenever I run the test, yet userbenchmark always says around 20% for some reason. Guess I could get it even lower though.
