I saw someone with a very similar issue to mine and I have concluded the graphics card had gone bad. Getting replacement one.

my GPU does not want to work with everything, If I have my motherboard and CPU plugged into the PSU it works, but when I put my PCIe and GPU into it, it does not power on and gives me 3 blinking red leds in the top left corner. That is like flashback led I think..anyways, here's my story...

I have the exact same issue, I was using my PC and it shut off randomly. I did some research and bought a new PSU. I put the new PSU into my system and plugged everything in but I get the red flashing for flashback everytime I unplug and replug in the power supply. I'm not sure what is causing...
