Well, if you ever decide to game in 4K, I'm not sure that 1070 will be able to do it. From my understanding, a lot of folks have claimed that a 2080 can barely do it and get decent fps. Don't take my opinion on it though, as I'm still gaming on a 1080 monitor. lol

I'd say any 850w psu should more than do the job. Plus you'll also be good when you upgrade to any RTX20 series cards.
