Bf1 I could get 50-60fps medium/high settings AC Odessey (I understand it's a CPU demanding title) 40-50 max on low/medium. And seeing GPU stay around 85% usage.

Would the ASRock Mobo be able to handle over clocks in the future, one of the reasons I went with an aftermarket cooler. And possible upgrade path in the future?
